These photos represent a significant amount of time and effort to me. I enjoy taking pictures of memorable moments, and I hope you'll enjoy them, too. However, commercial use of these photos without prior written agreement is illegal under US copyright laws. My lawyer does not usually work for free. I suspect you don't work for free. Unsurprisingly, neither do I! Therefore, if you intend to make money off of one of my pictures, I'd like to hear from you. And if you have questions, comments, or suggestions, I'd like to hear that too.

Please email me to use a photo commercially, eg. on your company website, or in an ad; legally, such use is prohibited, until and unless we've reached an agreement. Many people in these photos gave ME permission to take their picture, but YOU are legally responsible for your usage of their image (they can sue you if they don't like what you've done). Unauthorized use is both illegal and immoral.
